I have ordered a few books to date from World of Books and have been very satisfied with the quality of the books and delivery. I shall indeed continue to order from them rather than ordering new. So nice to be reusing books that are too good to be destroyed. Kaye

Excellent customer service
I initially received a book that was damaged, which was very disappointing. However, after contacting customer service and providing the necessary details, they responded promptly and handled the situation professionally.They arranged a replacement and sent me a new copy, which I really appreciate. Their support and willingness to resolve the issue made a big difference.Thank you for the excellent customer service. I’m very satisfied with how this was handled.

Absolutely love World of Books. I support the selling of quality second-hand books. The range is amazing. The condition of the books is always good. And the dispatch and shipping process is very quick. I always use World of Books for my first choice when purchasing books.

I WISH that I would have looked at the…
I WISH that I would have looked at the reviews before ordering from World of Books. I see why there are so many negative reviews for them. I ordered a hard covered Bible from them and received a small paperback book that reviewed the Bible, that was worth a fraction of what I paid. When I contacted World of Books, they told me that the only way to receive a refund was to pay and ship it back to them, with NO guarantee that I would receive my money back. So World of Books falsely advertises their products. What you see is NOT what you get. They admit to "making mistakes" but are unwilling to correct those mistakes. It becomes up to the consumer, then, to make the gamble of paying to ship the books back with NO guarantee of receiving a refundThere are legitimate book dealers like Albris, Thrift Books, Ebay,, etc., that are ethical and legitimate.

Great Customer Service
Couple of books damaged in transit. Emailed and serviced was almost instant reply via email, books replaced at no extra cost. 100% would use again!
