I subscribed for a year and watched a dozen or so videos. Most of the videos are short, and very basic. I mean very basic. If one were a novice and totally new to the craft, these might be helpful. For everyone else, probably useless. These guys aren't experts at working wood. They're expertise is creating content and publishing it to the masses. I really wanted to find value in these, but I just can't. There are so many better sources out there, and most of them are free.

I have just subscribed to WWGOA yesterday, was overcharged and I thought I warned everyone else about a potential new SCAM.WWGOA advertises a special discount to their annual subscription, and offer a rate of either $1.29 or $0.65, instead of $88, on various sites such as Facebook.I checked their Trust Pilot reviews before subscribing and they seemed legit, encouraging me to proceed.I created a user account and then used Paypal to cover the $1.29 + Tax, but when I checked out, WWGOA charged my Paypal account with the full $88+Tax, with no warning.I’ve written to WWGOA asking for a refund, surprisingly they responded claiming that I have previously subscribed and therefore they’ve charged the full amount … they even claim that they sent me renewal reminders! Not sure how they did that since I had just created a user account for the first time on Dec 21st, right before subscribing.

I really like the video style that George uses, with clear explanations and good camera an audio techniques. As a hobby only very senior woodworker, I have a small shop shared with my car. No bandsaw, joiner, planer and a contractor table saw. I am spending much more time using hand tools and would appreciate more videos on hand joinery. I try to make a simple dovetail joint every day to keep my eye/hand coordination ready for more work.

My go-to for great woodworking resources. I’ve always found their website provides resources presented clearly and with a 100% focus of making details easy to understand. Been a member for years. Highly recommended.

You can watch videos that teach you about different ways to make beautiful things that you didn't know how to make before.

Over time, I have learned many tricks and technics on how to perform specific tasks. The videos are well made and contain important details. If required, I can refer back to them when required

The woodworking world is relatively new to me, approx. 3 years, and I've been with WWGOA for about 6 months. The site has been super helpful in getting me oriented and familiar with this new world. I love the instructional videos by George and team. They are very well done with the topic thoroughly explained and fairly to the point so videos are a good duration. I really enjoy browsing the various content and learning new skills/techniques. I haven't taken advantage of the live Q&A sessions yet however plan to in the near future.
