Yesglasses truly stands out for its genuine customer service proven alwhile needing a new prescription for my glasses, which I had originally purchased from them. I inquired if I could send my original pair back to have the new prescription added and they explained preference to rather kindly offer a discounted rate for a brand new pair with my updated prescription which was very genuine though upon receiving the new glasses, the prescription was slightly off but Yesglasses promptly shared understanding while offering a full refund.Nonetheless, a full refund, matching the original payment as what truly sets Yesglasses apart is their consistent, patient, and genuinely kind communication throughout every email exchange. They never felt scripted or combative; instead, they listened attentively and made the right decision.In a world where exceptional customer service is rare, Yesglasses provides refreshing experience. Cute glasses but slidey
I love the look of the glasses but they slide down so much. I don’t know if it’s from the arms being pretty straight or the bridge not making contact with my nose.

I love working with Yesglasses
I love working with Yesglasses. The website was easy to navigate. The frames I chose were the appropriate size and very affordable. Uploading my prescription and choosing my lenses was very easy, and Yesglasses was very helpful in helping me find out my pupil distance (PD).
