Returns take forever
I don’t have an issue with my order other than if you want to return it takes forever. Much larger resale companies are twice if not three times as fast. I didn’t find the description to be entirely accurate. Bag I purchased was “like new” and I would classify it as “Good.”

I cannot recommend Yoogi’s Closet highly enough! I have purchased several high-end pieces from them now (at least 5 Louis Vuitton items) and every single experience has been flawless.I am extremely picky about the condition of my bags, but this company consistently delivers items that are exactly as described. These experiences have built my trust & loyalty.
