I love the variety of dishes
I love the variety of dishes, different meal sizes. Easy to order & prompt delivery. For what l spend driving to the shops, parking, getting the ingredients, then cooking it. This is so much better & works out cheaper for me. So if there's only 2 of you try it & see what you think.

Call Centre needs customer service training!!
I have always enjoyed the meals and ordered online after having surgery. I now go to Coles and will pick up a packet or two there depending on my week. I received a call today from a call centre and the person had an exceptionally strong accent. Trying to get me to agree to a deal. After listening and explaining how and why I use YouFoodz they kept pushing for me to take the offer that only applied at the time of the phone call. When I said no the person became rude and then cut me off at the end. Amazing how lovely they are… until you won’t commit. Left a bad impression on a company I had previously rated highly.

was not a good experience
was expecting my food to arrive tomorrow, i went to look what i had ordered and saw my order had been canceled... i called them up to ask why, they said there was a problem with the payment, (there there was money money in the account) i asked if they could try again and but they said my next delivery date would be 8 days away... i was frustrated that i was not contacted about this and was unaware of any problem with the order.
