Terrible experience with YuppTV for…
Terrible experience with YuppTV for IPL. The app has a confusing, outdated interface, unreliable streaming with frequent buffering, and lacks basic features like pre-match shows and toss coverage. Customer support is unhelpful, and the service feels misleading with unclear subscriptions and missing content. Not worth the money.

Worst Streaming Experience EverAbsolutely pathetic app. I subscribed to YuppTV for IPL, and it completely failed in every aspect.The user interface is terrible – outdated, cluttered, and very confusing. Finding live matches or channels is frustrating and time-consuming. It feels like the app is not designed for users at all.For a PAID service, it’s shocking that there is no proper pre-match show, no toss coverage, and no match buildup. These are basic features for cricket fans, and their absence ruins the entire experience.The streaming quality is unreliable – frequent buffering, lag, delays, and random glitches even with a good internet connection. Sometimes the “live” match is not even actually live.Customer support is useless – no proper response, no solutions, just automated replies or being ignored completely.Also, the platform feels misleading and not worth the money – unclear subscriptions, missing content after payment, and overall poor service quality.Final verdict: This app fails in UI, streaming, features, and support. Completely unacceptable for IPL streaming.Total waste of money. Not recommended at all.

Yesterday I subscribed to TATA IPL 2026 and paid the amount. And today Yupptv website is asking me to make the payment again for a subscription. This situation is ridiculous. Today I sent an e-mail asking them to refund my subscription amount that I paid yesterday.

I would give this 0 stars if that were an option. After not using the service for a few months due to a busy schedule, I decided to cancel my subscription but there was no clear option to do so either in the app or online. I had to contact customer support, and the process took 30–35 minutes. The representative, prolonged the process unnecessarily, which was extremely frustrating. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Absolutely worst. Purchased 1 week ago , first day was kind of okay , from next day it was a total disaster , called customer service and they told me server is down and they will call back in 15 mins nothing happened and now none of the channels stream. I lost my $150

Charged on Feb 1 with no option to…
Charged on Feb 1 with no option to cancel online. Customer support refuses same-day cancellation/refund even when service is unused. Cancellation requires chat interaction and can only stop next month’s charge. This feels intentionally designed to extract money rather than respect customers. Extremely poor experience.

False Advertising & Poor Service
YuppTV has been a very disappointing experience. The service falsely advertises channels that are not actually available after subscription. Several channels listed during signup simply do not exist or are inaccessible, which feels misleading and dishonest.On top of that, programming is frequently delayed, making it impossible to watch shows at their scheduled times. Even when content is available, the service buffers constantly, regardless of internet speed. This defeats the entire purpose of a paid streaming service.Customer support is practically non-existent. There is no reliable way to reach a real person, emails go unanswered, and issues are never resolved. Once they have your money, they seem completely uninterested in helping customers.Overall, YuppTV offers poor quality, misleading marketing, unreliable streaming, and zero customer support. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for dependable live TV or honest business practices.

This service is Total Rubbish
This service is extremely poor, and I would never recommend it to anyone. It is very expensive and provides very low-quality service. The company does not care about its customers at all. The channels often do not work, the TV service is unreliable, and it is very difficult to contact customer support. Everything about this service is complicated and frustrating. It is absolutely not worth the money. There are many better and more modern services available now, and I am seriously considering switching to another provider. In my opinion, this company is completely unacceptable.

My experience is really bad.i just take subscription for one month. they renewed automatically after that. I did not get refund after complaint. This is nit user friendly channel.I never recommend Yupp tv 2.1.26Don’t send stupid company message as you r going to solve everything.I already send messages multiple times time. no use.this is cheating Tv. your team are not going to do anything.
