Please do not order from this website
Please do not order from this website. I ordered a jacket over a month ago, that has not been delivered. Customer service do not respond. I have spoken to the carrier company numerous times, they have admitted fault and declared that the parcel is lost and have said they have refunded Z&V, however, I cannot get a response from Z&V. My emails are ignored. I am out of pocket for over £500. Please read other customer reviews before purchasing. There is a pattern here.

wow I hate to say it but appalling
wow I hate to say it but appalling - They operate in London but didnt have the jumpers I wanted in stock - so I ordered online - I chose one and returned one - I was sent a DHL label but no drop off location - I emailed and no reply - I googled drop off points and tried 2 shops and a garage - none would accept it due to France destination and suggested the post office - I tried 2 - they also refused it - I took it to the shop and they refuse to take it - I have emailed repeatedly and they dont answer - as I say completely appalling - I guess it works for them to make it impossible to return good and hold onto other peoples money - dreadful
