Worth the shot
Was initially apprehensive about ordering from here due the number of poor reviews. However, the price of item was most reasonable from here, so gave it a shot and I'm pleased to say, it went well. The only thing i would say is, I think the item should have come inside its branded box, but it came without any box - it did still have the label on though and was in perfect condition, so I was fine with that.

Excellent service with speedy delivery
I ordered a pair of Adidas Spezials that were out of stock everywhere but Zalando managed to get a limited amount of stock in. I placed my order, it was dispatched the next day and delivered the following day. All on free standard delivery. I cannot complain at all because the service was quicker than other websites and I received exactly what I ordered. I think the reviews all depend on your area and the courier you get. I'd confidently order again!

Two pairs of shoes one pair turns up
Ordered two pairs of trainers at the same time only one pair shown up but was to small so I sent them back. A week had passed by with no show of the second pair of trainers so I emailed them asking for a update they told me to wait until a certain date due to delivery issues and to email them after that date if no show, which I did do but the shoes still didn’t turn up so I emailed them then they wanted me to wait another 2 days so I then done that but yet no trainers was delivered I then emailed again but they stopped responding to every email I sent I had to open up a claim with PayPal to get my £80 back. I would avoid this site very poor customer service won’t ever be ordering again.

Zalando came up trumps !
No complaints from me. Ordered an Adidas sweater that was much cheaper than any other website. Fast dispatch and received exactly what I ordered and I would definitely use them again.

If I could give zero I would. Item was not sent. At this point I believe this is actually a scam company and I won't recieve anything. Look at the other reviews

Biggest thieves I have ever purchased from.
I returned my order as the item was incorrect. I contacted Zalando live chat about this as I was very upset and was told to return it. Once I returned it, my return was rejected. I was once again sent back the wrong item and now I am being refused of a refund! I can't believe how unbelievably unfair this all is. I have been fighting this for 3 months now and will not give up even if it means I have to file a lawsuit against Zalando. My money has been stolen and I have been treated disgustingly as a customer.Not to mention that every time I reach out to customer service, they are extremely rude and leave the chat! This is disgraceful and Zalando must be shut down. Please avoid purchasing from here.

Absolute trash
Absolute trash ! First they messed up delivery of a Christmas present for my daughter and now not only dispatched a week after order was placed , two days later the status says "returning to sender". Disgusting, incompetent and untrustworthy. Don't bother ordering from these scammers.

Good experience all round, really!
I was a bit paranoid about using Zalando based on the poor reviews, but they were the cheapest place I could find a particular pair of Converse I wanted! Honestly, I had no issues: the item was about £10 cheaper than elsewhere, shipping was free, and it was dispatched on Monday with EVRI and arrived the next day. My only qualm is that I placed the order on the Friday, so it took a few days to actually leave...AND the item went down by about £15 more the next day! Typical, haha! I guess that's how it goes sometimes. It's annoying that you can't cancel an order once it's entered the "shipping process", even though it won't actually leave for a few days. Still, based on this, I wouldn't have any issues using Zalando again.

Faulty goods received no way to contact
Purchased a pair of converse boots, they came with a faulty zip so cannot be worn. Filled in the form and recieved a partial refund of £11.As the boots cannot be worn this is unacceptable. There is no way to contact them and their chat bot is useless.Avoid...

I wanted to post as I saw so many negative reviews after placing an order and it worried me but I had zero issues. Order arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Really pleased with my purchase!
