My delivery didn't arrive and Zara argued that it had without evidence. I still haven't received a refund or replacement.

Zara returns policy might as well not exist in fact I would go as far to say it could be called a scam. Trying to talk to someone human is impossible, the chat helpline is a waste of time . I will never buy online from this company again

Disgusting service today in Zara BathI was wrongly accused of shoplifting by Zara security his attitude was disgusting if he actually responded to the security alarms going off at the time and not minutes later when I was half way down the street.Yes I refused to go back to the shop as if he looked at the cameras or was doing his job correctly rather than being on his phone he will of seen I was innocent and didn’t appreciate the way he treated me

Part of my order was canceled a full day after I placed it, even though it was supposed to be delivered the very next day. That alone is unacceptable.What made it worse was the customer service. The representative claimed they couldn’t do anything to help and then abruptly ended the chat because they felt they were repeating themselves. Cutting off a customer instead of resolving the issue is incredibly unprofessional.Zara’s service quality is honestly disappointing. Both online and in-store (where it’s already well known how rude the staff can be). Situations like this are exactly why customers lose trust and choose to shop elsewhere. If Zara wants to keep its customers, it seriously needs to fix its customer service and communication.

Good evening. I was dissatisfied with the customer service in Napoli, Italy. I visited the store with my husband to purchase jackets for a dinner last night. The staff appeared to be engaged in a dispute, while customers, including ourselves, were waiting in line to be served. Despite asking the staff member twice to put my husband’s jacket through the till, we were ignored. Consequently, we left without making a purchase. Zara is my preferred shop, and witnessing this behaviour from the staff was deeply disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a brown/taupe set but received a completely different colour twice, even after a replacement was sent. Customer service said I received the correct item, but the website listing is clearly misleading (colour name doesn’t match the product shown). Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it as well.

the coat i ordered came in a very battered box it was all squished and ripped. when i opened the coat had a rip in it i was raging, waited for this so excited just for it to be ripped , words can’t describe how mad i am

Terrible - they refunded only 2 out of 3 articles, even though I returned the entire order.What's worst: There is NO way to contact Zara anymore; there used to be a helpful customer service chat some years ago. Not anymore! Won't ever order online again. Haven't even heard back from them when disputing the payment on PP. Hope PP will resolve this for me, else I'll take them to court for sure over 150 EUR!
