I got prescription glasses
I got prescription glasses. I was kind of skeptical because it’s online. But when I received them, they were perfect! I needed no adjustments. I will definitely order again. It took less than 3 weeks to receive them.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses using the saved prescription i have in their app . The package came fast but both glasses were the wrong prescription. I called customer service and after a hour maybe someone answered while “helping “ me told me the system put the wrong prescription & to return the package for a replacement they would not be providing a shipping label to return said glasses cause it was not in their policy. Yet the made the mistake & admitting to it & instead of fixing the issue their charging me more ?? Then keep trying to offer me a $10 coupon instead of simply idk waive the $10 shipping fee ??? Then from the moment i took the glasses with the wrong prescription off ive had a HORRIBLE migraine ever since

Zeelool for live
Zeelool for live! I live in the Cayman Islands where everything is very expensive including prescription glasses. What I pay for two pairs of glasses from Zeelool is only a small fraction of the overall costs here. I have yet to be disappointed with the service, quality and craftsmanship of their glasses and constantly recommend them to my friends. I can see clearly now...lol thanks to Zeelool.

Big eye, tiny eye..
The site requires an upload of your prescription prior to purchasing glasses. Great. So when I received my prescription and it was not right, I immediately contacted them for a resolution. To be fair, I am pretty blind in one eye, but typically the eye doctor balances the perscritption so one eye isn't visibly smaller than the other. They did not do this with my online purchase..Instead, they requested measurements and information that I would need to obtain from my eye doctor. I ordered replacement glasses to avoid the fees of going to see my doctor! It has been over a week and I have been requesting the return address with no success. I will NEVER order from these people again.

No prescription lenses!
No prescription lenses!I uploaded my prescriptions (one for computer; one for reading), but NONE of the three pairs of glasses have it! The only thing right about the order are the frames. I'm so disappointed.
