Stride Rite accepts returns for refund or credit within 45 days of purchase. Items marked “Final Sale” or under $20 are not eligible. Items purchased through partner stores must be returned there.
Returns must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Exchanges are not offered—return the item and place a new order instead.
