Walmart Photos Cancellation Policy
Walmart Photo has a 90-day return policy. You can submit a return in-store or by mail, but you can start it online.
Credit and debit card charges are refunded within 10 business days.
Shipping fees aren’t always refundable. Without a receipt, visit a Walmart store with photo ID to exchange the item, get a cash refund (under $10), receive a gift card, or request manufacturer repair.

1. Where will you be able to ship?
At this time, Walmart Photo only ships photos and photo products to the 50 states, unable to ship to Canada.
Please note: We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
2. Can I customize the back of my greeting card?
Yes. All folded cards include customizable backs. For flat cards, choose Card Stock to enable double-sided printing, then select the back option while editing your design.
3. Can my photos be stored permanently?
No. Walmart Photo accounts are not intended to be used as permanent photo storage. Starting November 2021, if a customer has not made a purchase from Walmart Photo in the last 18 months their photos will be deleted.
