Promo Code Not Working? Try This

  • The code may have expired, so verify the offer end date listed on RetailCoupons.com before attempting to use it.
  • Some codes apply only to specific ticket types or packages, so confirm your purchase matches the offer restrictions.
  • The code may be case-sensitive, so try entering it in different formats if it does not work on the first attempt.
  • Your browser cache could interfere with code application, so try clearing cookies or using an incognito window.
  • The code may exclude certain dates or blackout periods during peak season, which are typically noted in the terms.
  • Contact Canobie customer service directly if a valid code fails to apply, as technical issues occasionally occur.

Canobie Savings Hacks

Check for Season Pass Deals Early

Season passes often come with bundled discounts or promotional pricing at specific times of year. Monitor RetailCoupons.com regularly to catch limited-time offers on passes that offer better value than single-day admissions.

Stack Group Discounts When Available

Theme parks sometimes offer reduced per-person rates for groups, which may combine with promotional codes. Verify whether your group size qualifies for additional savings at checkout.

Visit During Off-Peak Seasons

Ticket pricing often drops during weekdays and off-season periods, making those times naturally cheaper to visit. Pair any available promo codes with off-peak travel dates for maximum savings.

Sign Up for Email Newsletters

Theme parks frequently send exclusive offers and early-access deals to subscribers. Registering on canobie.com may alert you to promotions before they appear elsewhere.

Canobie Shipping Policy

As a theme park, Canobie sells admission tickets and passes rather than physical products, so traditional shipping does not apply. Tickets are typically delivered electronically or available for printing at the venue.

Canobie Returns & Refund Policy

Return and refund policies for theme park admission typically depend on the ticket type purchased and the circumstances of the request. Review Canobie's specific refund policy on their website or contact customer service for details about your purchase.

Got season passes that were promoted all around the park back in October 2019. The staff member who sold them to us said Saturdays weren't allowed. We understood the limitation and bought them anyway. Fast forward to Sunday, August 9, 2020. I drove 45 minutes with my three kids, ages 3, 11, and 12, after we'd planned the whole thing and made reservations. When we got to the gate, the worker there had no idea what kind of pass we had and said they wouldn't scan. She directed us to the customer service desk. The manager there told us something different from what we were originally told. He said that when we bought the passes, Saturday was the only day that was blocked out, but now Sundays are blocked instead. He said if I'd checked their website, I would've found that out. He offered two options: either pay an extra $60 per pass or buy single-day tickets to get in. We couldn't afford either option, so he only refunded us for a basic pass. We ended up leaving with three really upset and crying kids, and the whole trip was ruined.
