Start to finish nightmare. They operate what feels like 75 different divisions, each with their own customer service and policies. If you're in the UK, you're stuck calling their German office at premium rates. They often don't even pick up, so you're just throwing money away. I'm exhausted from chasing down basic updates. The staff comes across as rude, uncaring, and slow to respond. This brand used to mean something. Now it feels like a hollow version using dirty tricks and smoke screens to dodge treating good customers right. It's a joke. Shop elsewhere and give your money to someone who actually values you.

Skip ordering from Carhartt.com. Amazon handles changes and cancellations way better. I bought a holiday gift for my mom in another state but realized I picked the wrong size. I called right away to fix it, but they said nothing could be done. They won't change sizes, they won't cancel, they won't adjust the address. My mom won't even have an exchange option. Her only choice is to get the wrong-sized hoodie and send it back. Nobody should feel completely stuck once they've paid, especially when you ask for changes immediately. Carhartt needs to improve this.

Had I waited one more day, I planned to report them for fraud. How does an established company get away with this kind of service? If I ever need a Carhartt product again, I'm buying from literally anyone else.

She completely made my grandson's day. On our drive back, he told me he didn't realize people could be that kind. Thank you Zoe for showing us that good customer care still exists.
