Spent over eighty dollars including shipping on a six inch potted Christmas cactus and it showed up with no flowers and dirt scattered all over inside the box. The plant looks like it needs way more help than I can probably give it. Not satisfied with this purchase.

Last fall I planted three hundred daffodil bulbs from this company. I called to say that about twenty of them were mushy and they said they'd take care of it. They didn't. On top of that, more than thirty bulbs never sprouted at all. I tried calling back and got disconnected while talking to someone. Sent an email two weeks ago and still haven't heard back. I also ordered two hundred crocuses and thought I was getting an even split of yellow and blue. Instead I got mostly yellow. Really frustrated. My family has been doing business here for generations but those days are done. They got my six hundred bucks and just moved on.

Got an Amaryllis as a Christmas gift and it arrived damaged, basically dying, and looking beat up like it went through rough handling. The shipping materials barely did anything to protect it. For years we'd order tomato plants in spring and it's always the same story with damaged and half dead plants showing up. They clearly don't have a clue how to ship delicate plants and flowers safely.

I placed an order back in September for Thanksgiving delivery and it never shipped. I had to reach out several times before anyone even got back to me, and when they did, it felt like they basically blamed me for having expectations. The stuff finally showed up two weeks late.

My plant got to my place in Pennsylvania in just two days. It loves sitting on my front step in the sun and honestly it's doing fantastic. Even my cat seems to dig it, just sits there sniffing and relaxing next to it. Really happy with everything about this order.
