Watch out with this site: some of the educational materials here are just completely wrong. My child used some music resources from here and they had major errors. It was a real teaching disaster. Make sure you actually check what you're buying before your kids use it.

They shut down my account with no heads up and never explained why. I've tried contacting them over and over and nobody responds. The money I had earned before they closed it hasn't been paid to me. This place is a scam. Stay away.

I had been selling successfully on this platform with my store for some time. Out of nowhere, my account got suspended and closed with zero warning. On top of that, they're holding $300 that I legitimately earned through sales. Their terms clearly state that sellers should get paid their finalized earnings even if an account closes, but they're ignoring their own policy. I've tried reaching out multiple times but get nothing but silence. There's no seller phone line and they give you no info about how appeals work. The way they've handled this is totally unprofessional. I've filed a complaint with the BBB because of this. I'm posting this to let other educators know how risky it is to build your business here. The platform can shut you down overnight and take your money with no explanation or accountability. You never really own what you create on this site.

I sold materials on this platform through my store which I had built over many years with lots of hard work and money invested. When the site suddenly shut down my seller account, I had almost two thousand dollars in finalized earnings. Their own rules say that finalized earnings get paid out even when an account closes. Instead what happened was they refused to send me my funds, never answered my emails, didn't provide a phone number for sellers to call, and locked me out so I couldn't even see my sales records and payment information. I tried working it out directly including sending registered mail but got no response. I filed complaints with multiple government agencies including the FTC and BBB as well as state attorneys general. I'm also working with financial regulators about their payment processor. This whole thing has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Teachers invest so much time, money and effort building their businesses here and should be confident their earnings will actually be paid to them.

Every single thing I downloaded required me to get some extra software or program. The purchases turned out to be completely useless because of this. I'm done using this website.

This platform doesn't work right. You can't get real customer support. You can't find contact information. Those are bad signs. All they offer is a chatbot. I'm bummed that the whole thing turns out to be fraudulent.

Needed test prep materials fast and this site came through with quick delivery. Got a helpful math prep booklet for a reasonable price that downloaded right away. The main drawback is the booklet's grammar could use some work and honestly it's pretty thin with not as many practice questions as I'd hoped for. Still, it did help me prepare for the test.

To make it worse, my credit card is still getting charged for the yearly membership even though I can't access the account or anything I paid for. I've emailed customer service several times but haven't gotten any real answers. This is really frustrating because I was actually using this platform seriously to sell my educational materials. I really want to see the company step up their transparency and how they talk to users, especially when accounts get closed and they keep charging you.

I placed an order this morning, set up my account and paid. The download link for what I bought was broken and I never got a confirmation email. I tried to reset my password thinking that was the issue but still got nothing. The website doesn't even have a contact us section anywhere. Don't bother with this place. It's another fraudulent operation.

This morning when I sat down to print them for my students, I found my account was locked. Apparently I got it locked because I was using my phone data instead of home wifi. I sent them the information they asked for. Still no response. I already had to teach one class without the materials I paid for. I'm about to start with another group of students and still can't get in. I need those materials ready for tomorrow. It's been six hours now with zero response from them. This is infuriating because basically they have the only source for certain teacher-made materials and you're stuck using them.

I bought an ESL beginner lesson package. They show you previews first which made it look good, but what I got was totally different from the preview. I ended up with a bunch of PowerPoint files that were just copied from other materials using screenshots. Some of the screenshots were of videos, which doesn't help since you need to actually hear the recordings. The lessons were poorly put together and I couldn't use them. I contacted the company for help but they were useless. Once they have your money, that's it. My refund request met all their own criteria because the materials were plagiarized and not what was described, but they rejected it anyway and ignored me. Then they had the nerve to ask for feedback about customer service through their rep Gary who promised he'd look into my issue. He never did. I would never use them again. Other sites like EBay and Etsy have made sellers handle complaints but TPT takes such a huge cut that they owe buyers real support. As a teacher paying for these materials, it's frustrating to feel ripped off.

I've invested around twenty thousand dollars buying resources here. One random day they locked me out of my account and I lost access to thousands of dollars worth of materials I had purchased. Then I have to sit and wait a week just to get a response and meanwhile I can't reach any of the stuff I paid for.

They take way too much of what sellers make. Plus if money sits in your account for a while they just straight up keep it.
