Both Banners Turned Out Amazing. I ordered two banners for my vendor tables and I'm thrilled with them. The photo quality is perfect, the material looks high end, they shipped super quick, and I'm definitely coming back to order more.

No Quality Control Standards. The banner showed up distorted and pixelated even though I sent a perfect high resolution logo and the preview looked great. Then they sent me a second proof at lower quality and blamed me. They offered a partial refund that never actually went through. They seem to think customers won't notice or remember. Skip this company.

Customer Service Has Gone Downhill. Been buying from them for 7 years and the experience used to be good. Now the service is terrible and the attitudes are worse. They basically told me to take my business somewhere else. Really disappointed.

Shipping Problem Cost Us The Event. They chose to ship through Amazon and the package never arrived. My kid's high school team needed the banner for their event and because of the shipping failure, they went without. I even paid extra for faster delivery. Getting the money back doesn't make up for disappointing a bunch of kids. Amazon's system is all automated so there's no one to actually complain to.

Nice Website Features. The ordering site was straightforward to use. The different vinyl options are really useful since we live in the Midwest and deal with crazy weather. We've figured out through experience what works best for our climate. It would help newer customers if you spelled out which options are best for extreme weather situations.

Great Work All Around. The banners look fantastic. The site is really user friendly and easy to navigate. Shipping usually gets to me on time too. Can't really complain about a banner company.

They Got It Done Right. I'd worked with them years ago and decided to use them again for a massive banner for a charity event. The material looked fantastic and the print quality was excellent. There was one grommet issue that needed fixing, so I sent them a video showing what happened. They fixed it fast, made me a new one, and sent it right out. Not many companies stand behind their work like that anymore. Really appreciated it.

Got Shorted On My Order. This was the worst experience I've had with a company. They charged me for some banner clamps but never included them. That's just straight up cheating. If you do business with them, check that you got everything you paid for.

Quality Control Issues Here. When I placed my order, everything seemed fine on the website. But when the banner showed up, it was way too blurry to actually use. After I called them about it, they said they'd remake it for me but wanted another $80 since the problem was on their end. That's not how customer service should work.

Banners Are Good But Shipping Costs Are Too High. I've ordered many times over the years and never gotten a bad banner. Quality is solid and prices are fair. The problem is what they charge for shipping. They're doubling what it actually costs to ship, and I know because I ship stuff for my business all the time. Wish they'd be more honest about that.

Watch Out Before Ordering. They messed up getting my order into production on time even though I called multiple times and did everything they told me to do. When they finally realized their mistake, they refused to pay for rush shipping so I could still make my event deadline, even though it would've been fast enough. Instead I had to pay triple to get it printed locally same-day and they tried charging me a cancellation fee for their own error. Really frustrated with how they handled this.

Really Disappointed With Recent Order. I've been a loyal customer for years, but something's changed. My latest banner turned out pretty rough honestly. The image got all pixelated in spots, which shouldn't happen since I used the exact same logo on both the front and back. One side came out clear while the other looks awful. I tried white text on the pixelated side but yellow text on the other side looks perfect. Spent over $120 and it's basically unusable. Won't be coming back. A friend had the same problem recently too, so it's not just me.

Serious Problems With My Order. The banner came in with a crooked print and the seams were sewn off. When I asked about a replacement, they lied and said they'd send one but never did. Really dishonest way to do business.

Great Quality and Fast Delivery. I ordered two vinyl banners with brass grommets just before Halloween. They arrived well before the holiday with excellent packing. The material is really nice and will hold up for years. Pricing was competitive too. I've got some events coming up in spring and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
