Later I found out they claimed they sent an email on February 5th or 6th saying they couldn't print the signs, but it apparently went to my spam folder. No phone call or other attempt to reach me happened. When I called to follow up, they just told me to check with another vendor instead. Instead of getting my signs, only wire stakes showed up. The boxes they came in were ripped and beat up, and some stakes were missing too. On top of that, they charged me shipping costs as if the full order with all the signs had actually shipped. My signs were never even made or sent. After I complained, I got back about half of what I paid, but they still charged shipping for the complete order. By mid-February I had no campaign signs at all. This whole situation really messed up my timeline during a critical political push. I'd say to anyone ordering, especially if you're on a tight deadline, make absolutely sure your order is approved and ready to go before payment.

Got a refund eventually and Signs on the Cheap really came through on that. The custom sign design process was straightforward and the website is user-friendly. My yard signs turned out fantastic with vibrant red coloring that really pops and holds up great in wet weather. Shipping was super fast, arriving just a couple days after I placed the order, which was perfect timing for my deadline. One issue though was that the metal stakes came through a different carrier than the signs themselves. The signs arrived quickly via one shipper, but the stakes got lost somehow and ended up getting sent back to the company without any explanation. I reached out to customer service and they were understanding, offering to send new stakes. I asked if they could expedite them and skip using that problematic carrier again, but they said their only option was placing a fresh order. The replacement stakes then got routed through the same problematic carrier and won't arrive for over a week after the signs got here.
The actual signs looked great when they arrived. My complaint is with the stakes for the lawn signs - they're over a week behind schedule and haven't shown up yet. I've called them four different times about it. Here's another thing that bothers me: if you don't buy the stakes from them, they jack up the price of the signs themselves. Then they'll go ahead and order you the exact same stakes you could get way cheaper on Amazon, but charge you their markup. The whole shipping and customer service situation just doesn't feel like top-notch operation to me.
