I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new yearbook but received a used copy that had writing in it, spending $79.96. Then in early 2026 I got charged $96 for a membership I never signed up for. When I asked for a refund they initially said no. I'm working on disputing this and sharing my experience so others don't suffer the same thing.

Classmates really went downhill. If you don't pay for an upgrade, the site becomes completely pointless. I have my own yearbook thankfully, but it used to be convenient browsing photos there. Now they've stripped away anything useful about the service.

They nailed me with an automatic subscription charge. I requested my money back but they refused. Got billed anyway. Customer service was really unhelpful when I tried to deal with this.

This place operates like a harassment outfit that bombards you with nonstop daily emails. Even when you unsubscribe from messages you're getting multiple times a day, they keep sending them anyway.

When I talked to someone, they said the renewal was stopped but no refund. Very poor experience, false advertising, and shady business practices.

They don't notify members that annual membership is about to renew. My membership runs yearly. I'd strongly advise against signing up for this site. The whole thing feels ancient and you're not going to hear from actual former classmates. It's basically a scam operation. Keep your money and stay far away.

I'd give this a zero if I could. I got flooded with emails and unsubscribed. Somehow I'd signed up for a membership without realizing it. On the 31st my card got charged without my say so. When I called to protest, they shut me down and refused a refund the same day I found out. The website isn't simple to use and the customer service team is equally frustrating.

This is straight up a scam operation. They automatically enroll you in auto-renew and bill you $99 for a two year membership. I absolutely switched off auto-renew two years ago after an unexpected charge showed up. But then they charged me again! When I phoned their support team, they were rude and claimed an email about renewal went out 30 days before, which never happened. They said they'd turn off auto-renew for me even though I'd done it already years before, and they informed me they don't do refunds. My credit card company couldn't help dispute it. I deleted all my payment details and am closing my account to hopefully stop these charges. Please don't bother signing up. The handful of people I found on there isn't worth spending $50 yearly.

I disabled auto renew but still got charged twice. When I called to complain, the rep straight up lied and said I had auto renew turned on, even though I'd checked right after being charged. He seemed almost eager to lie and immediately told me they don't give refunds before I even asked for one. This looks like criminal activity.
