Pretty sure the firing pin or bolt carrier group is defective but good luck getting help from Faxon because they're impossible to reach. I've tried reaching out 5 different ways over more than 2 weeks straight and haven't heard a single word back. Stay away from this outfit. They sell inferior products and offer zero customer service. I'm furious about spending money on this AR-15. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else because Faxon doesn't care once they have your money.
