I received a broken item and when I asked for replacement screws that came with it, they made me jump through hoops - forms, multiple emails, photos, and even demanded a video of me trying to install the screw, which was basically impossible since I needed both hands. I ordered counter stools based on my designer's recommendation, but the cushions are hideous and don't match the pictures online. They're way too big for the seat, have no ties or way to stay put, so they slide off all the time. Returning anything costs you a 20% restocking fee on top of mystery shipping charges they won't tell you about for a week, making it pointless to send anything back. Plus, items went on sale shortly after I paid full price. When I asked about getting help instead of dealing with returns on the defective product, they cut off my request.
