They make it look like everything is compatible with all those green checkmarks saying your car is a match, but then you read the tiny text way down at the bottom and it says you need to verify the original OEM part number first. Come on, really? The site is in another language too, so you might not even realize what country you're ordering from. When something doesn't fit, you have to pay to send it back, and in my situation that meant shipping to another country even though the whole problem was how the website was set up and what it said. I originally ordered through a different site but the chat support came from this address and when I replied during the return window I never heard back. Just go to a physical store near you instead. Save yourself the hassle and money. I'm going to leave this feedback everywhere I can on other platforms so people know what they're getting into.

Terrible customer service to be honest. They try to respond in your language but it's all obviously machine translated and I couldn't make sense of any of it. The website is also broken with glitches that cause you to order the wrong stuff. I won't be ordering from them again and I'd tell anyone else to shop somewhere else for their parts. I buy online regularly and this was hands down my worst experience ever.

One small note about spark plugs though they came individually instead of in packs, but otherwise I'm really pleased and the feedback from the shop I used was really positive.
