I was with them for years until I realized they were overcharging me without explanation. That's when I switched services and canceled all my renewals. Somehow they still charged my card anyway! I'm disputing it if they don't refund me, and honestly I wouldn't recommend them even if they do. The whole thing feels sketchy. Oh, and they raise their fees without telling you. When I asked them to show me the notification, they admitted they forgot to email me, which is weird since I have three LLCs with them and none of them got notified.

Complete scam! They want $99 for information you can literally find in one Google search, and then they won't provide any support after you pay. Total waste of money.

They never explained that the $99 fee was annual. When I tried to cancel, they refused. So I called my bank to handle it myself, and then they threatened to send my payment to a collections agency. And guess what? They actually did it. This is absolutely a scam. I will never use this service again.
