Placed an order for 4 pairs of leggings but only received 2. The company hasn't done anything to fix this problem. Also, the pricing is too high considering what you actually get.

Found one piece that I really liked but it came with a manufacturing issue. On the plus side, their customer service team was actually really helpful and nice about it. If they can fix their quality control and keep those prices competitive, they could be pretty good.

Really let down by the quality of these pieces. The material feels cheap, you can see right through it, and there's a weird smell. The sizes run incredibly small like they're made for kids, not adults. The fit doesn't work and there's zero compression like they promise. Plus their return policy is a pain to deal with and getting your money back is a hassle. The customer service person was pretty rude and argumentative too. Skip this brand and go with something more trustworthy for compression clothing.

Bought half a dozen of their seamless black non-shaping camisoles in large back in December. After washing them just once, the straps literally split open. Called customer service with no luck, so I had to file a dispute through my credit card company. It's wild that they kept selling these defective items even though they clearly knew about the problem. I'm done with this company and would never purchase from them again. Definitely stay away.

Terrible experience. I sent back an item and they refused to refund it, which is frustrating enough. But then I asked them multiple times to ship the thing back to me and they just ignored every email. There's no phone line to call them on either. This company is a nightmare and I'm warning everyone to stay clear. I've shopped with tons of retailers and never dealt with anything like this before.

Honestly, even one star feels generous. I ordered a medium/large thong as a UK size 12/14 and it fit way too small. The crotch to waist area was really uncomfortable and nowhere near as seamless as they claim. Dropped about $60 on 3 pairs and there's no way to return them. Their customer service is terrible and I can't recommend them at all.
