Within a day I realized the timing wouldn't work before I had to leave the country, so I called to cancel. Turns out they hadn't even shipped the hoodie yet, but they still refused. My credit card company later explained the site has a strict no cancellation policy. If I'd known that upfront, I never would've ordered in the first place.
Bought a Bulova racer watch here for 695 dollars and got it fast. Problem is there was no manual included, just a note to look it up online. While I was reading the online manual to adjust the band, I noticed Bulova was selling the exact same watch directly for 521 dollars. I reached out asking about price matching or if they'd adjust it, and they said no to both options. Ended up paying almost 174 dollars more than I should have. Really disappointed they weren't willing to work with me on this.
Got a medium t-shirt that arrived way too small, like it should've been an extra small. The return process was a nightmare because I couldn't drop it off at my local Hard Rock store. Instead I had to buy an envelope, trek to the post office, and pay shipping to send it back myself. For something that's just a mile away, they could've made this so much simpler. The support team wasn't much help either. This online ordering experience was really frustrating and I'm not interested in trying it again.
Loved coming back to this shop again. The staff was super friendly and really knew what they were doing. They were kind enough to let us know about a 10% restaurant discount, and we actually took them up on it. Great experience overall!
Ordered something from overseas and Hard Rock charged nearly 15 euros for international shipping. I placed the order in late November and by early December it showed up in Germany according to tracking. Still nothing since then. I tried getting help through their chat support but they're barely responsive, and when they do reply they're telling me to expect it sometime in late December or early January. That's way too late if this was supposed to be a holiday gift. There's no way to get real updates and I tried canceling but customer service won't even respond to that request either.
