Absolutely fantastic experience....What really sets a company apart is how they treat their customers....Got outstanding service from these folks this morning, which is rare to find these days. Plus their lemon pepper seasoning is top notch
Can't recommend this - same issues as others mention. The service quality for seniors is really disappointing. Got disconnected while waiting, then found out it was because they were closed. Returning this phone and won't be back.
What a ripoff! Bought this for my Mom and immediately started getting spam texts. The phone kept saying it was out of service when we'd try calling her. Spent over an hour on hold trying to get help from customer service. The rep couldn't figure out what was going on. A month later I find out they shut it down for overages but still charged full price on autopay plus an extra hundred dollars. This company targets older folks and takes advantage of them. Look at all these terrible reviews if you don't believe me.
