Left my phone on the side of my truck while helping a friend with his car. We drove about 10 miles at highway speeds to grab some parts from town, and I didn't even notice it was missing since I had music playing. When I finally got out of the truck, there it was still attached to the door. I have to say this case is incredible and way more protective than I expected.

Want to give major props to the team at Rokform, especially Jessica, for going above and beyond. As someone ordering from outside the US, I was blown away when Jessica took care of sending me a replacement handlebar mount without making me send the broken one back first. She was super responsive, really understood what I needed, and handled everything with such kindness. You don't often get this kind of personalized support that's also quick and professional. Jessica, you rock, and Rokform deserves recognition for having your back on purchases. Definitely five stars!

Highly recommend this company. Bought a magnetic case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max about eighteen months back and recently had a small issue where some of the thin rubber trim started peeling away. The case itself is amazing for magnet strength and phone protection, but the peeling rubber started making it look worn on such an expensive product. Reached out asking if I could grab replacement trim pieces, and got a really quick response from the support team explaining they offer a two year warranty on everything. They asked for proof of purchase, name, and address plus a photo of the damage. I responded but left out personal details because email felt risky for that kind of info. They actually offered a phone call option through a number they provided, but calling the US from abroad was tricky. I asked about mailing in the information instead and they seemed open to alternatives.

Top notch cases and top notch service! Used the same case for my iPhone 13 for over three years through pretty rough conditions, and when the magnet finally gave out, they shipped me a replacement right away with zero hassle. That's what real customer service looks like. Got a different phone after that and grabbed one of their new cases immediately, no second thoughts. Best protective cover hands down.

Rokform puts out fantastic products and their customer service is honestly the best I've experienced from any company ever. They're incredibly fast to respond, super understanding, and they'll do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied. I've dealt with a few product issues and they immediately offered replacements or discounts to swap things out. I was actually first to review one of their new items and had some consistent problems with it, so they replaced it multiple times with overnight shipping and kept offering more replacements even if it meant taking a loss. Seriously never switching phone case or mount brands again.

Dropped what I thought would be a lot of money on one of their pricier cases because I saw all these YouTube personalities promoting them. Turns out it's all hype. My phone slipped out and fell from maybe two and a half feet up, hit the ground, and now my phone has a permanent green screen glitching everywhere. The phone's basically dead. I've grabbed ten dollar cases off other sites and they've survived way worse. Spent forty five bucks here and now I'm out a working phone. Total letdown.

Really solid product and totally reliable. I've tried tons of cases but this one actually stands out. Yeah it's a bit bulky, which I appreciate since I need that weight for stability, plus lighter and thinner cases always feel flimsy to me. With accessories like wallet attachments, once you take off the sticker tape, everything locks in tight. I move around sketchy areas, so the protection on my iPhone 14 Pro Max actually matters to me. Can't recommend this enough. Oh and I grabbed a bunch of their other accessories too and they're all fantastic. Really happy with the whole order.

Trying to order a replacement case and running into a wall. Had a great older model for my previous iPhone, but my newer phone is kind of niche and I already bought one Rokform case that doesn't actually fit. The support team keeps telling me to check the website when I ask about sizing, but I've done that multiple times already and it still didn't help. Their response time is over a day each email, and I'm up to five back and forths now. This whole experience has been really frustrating.
