Myron Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Myron
Myron receives highly polarized feedback, with shoppers rating it 1.7 out of 5 based on 7 reviews. The overwhelming majority of reviewers report serious operational failures: unexpected tariff charges appearing after purchase approval, unresolved billing disputes sent to collection agencies, manufacturing errors on custom orders, long hold times on customer service calls, and website checkout issues. Long-term customers express particular frustration given their years of loyalty and spending. One bright spot in the reviews highlights an exceptional employee named Rossana who provided attentive, enthusiastic service on a calendar project, suggesting that individual staff members can deliver quality support.
The most consistent complaint centers on billing transparency and unexpected charges, with customers discovering surprise fees only after receiving shipments or receiving collection notices months after transactions. Multiple reviewers indicate the company has declined in service quality over time. While one five-star review and one partial positive comment mention helpful individual staff members, they do not offset the widespread reports of poor processes, communication failures, and unresolved disputes. Current customers considering Myron should carefully review order terms and billing practices before committing.

Sorted by: Most recentDon't waste your time here. My organization has been a loyal customer for over two decades, ordering custom planners in two different formats from this vendor. I placed my usual order in March expecting delivery by October. Everything seemed normal until September when I received notification that they were getting ready to ship something that wasn't what I'd actually ordered. When I contacted my sales rep about this situation, he explained that my original items were no longer available and they planned to substitute different ones instead. I made it very clear multiple times that I didn't want these replacements and asked him to cancel everything since they kept sending proofs for my approval. Despite my repeated requests and numerous follow-up emails thinking the issue was resolved, the package still showed up at my door. Now I've sent countless emails asking for a return authorization but am getting complete silence in response.
We ordered pens for one hundred sixty-eight dollars, plus twenty-five dollars for setup and other fees. With tax included, the total looked fine and we approved it. The shipment arrives and surprise, there's a new invoice in the box slapping us with a one hundred thirty-five dollar tariff charge that nobody mentioned. Now we can't get anyone from the company to talk to us about this unexpected fee.
We've been purchasing from this company for several years and have invested thousands in their merchandise. Our payment history has always been excellent and we pay bills promptly. This year we got blindsided by a collection notice from a third party agency claiming we owed money on an invoice from the previous year, which was half a year old. Myron never contacted us directly at all before sending it to collections. When we reached out to find out what happened, they eventually admitted that they'd switched their accounting software and somehow our on-time payment, even though it was received and recorded, got lost in the shuffle and wasn't properly applied to the account. We're still working with the collection agency to get this removed from our records. The actual products they sell are quite good quality though.
Rossana made the whole experience fantastic and went out of her way to assist us. She helped my team put together these beautiful calendar products with such care and enthusiasm. Honestly, several other team members here could really benefit from following her example and approach. We're really grateful for the support. Absolutely recommend working with Rossana.
This company has lost its way and I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Over the years I've spent considerable money ordering from them and was really looking forward to continuing our relationship when I switched to a new job. Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill recently. Last year they manufactured an expensive pen order with the wrong details on it without ever asking me first. They offered me a thirty percent discount as a consolation. I requested a different account manager and it took forever just to get basic artwork back from them even though I'd given clear instructions. Once I finally received the artwork and confirmed approval, everything seemed set. Apparently they called asking for payment details but I have no record of that conversation. A month passes and I check in with my new rep asking about delivery since we had an event coming up. Turns out they never actually made my order because they never got the payment. After I sent payment and asked them to rush it, promising a two week turnaround, I had to follow up yet again three weeks later. That's when they told me the payment didn't go through properly and asked if I wanted to keep the order.
This is honestly the worst experience I've had with any company. Their ordering process was a hassle and I couldn't complete anything on their website. When I called, the first representative left me hanging on hold for over an hour before I gave up. The second person who helped me was great though and got my account set up and order placed without issues. But then my artwork disappeared and came back different from what I'd uploaded. I had to ask them twice to just use my original file exactly as sent, and each request seemed to take a full day to handle. Finally once the pencil order was ready and billed, they sent me a tracking number. That tracking number just sat there saying the label was created for four straight days. I called to check what was happening and was told it should arrive that day or the next. Then nothing for another three days. I call back again and after fifteen minutes on hold with someone who can't transfer calls properly, I finally reach a supervisor named Garrison after another twenty minute wait. He informs me it'll be another two weeks before I get the pens. These were supposed to be gifts for my graduating students but would arrive a week after school ends. When I asked for my money back, he said that would also take time.
The pens themselves are solid quality and the pricing is reasonable, so no issues on that front. The real problem is that this company seems to charge you twice. You don't get hit with the second charge until months after you've already paid the first invoice. Then they turn around and send you to a debt collector. Whether this is due to a broken billing system or something intentional, I can't say. Either way, it's a major red flag.
