I visit the same location weekly and have been in their sip club for years, so I know my order well. Went in for lunch and asked for a sandwich without sauce as part of the you pick two deal with a soda, and my husband got the two item combo with water. My sandwich came loaded with chipotle aioli and I was charged for an extra soda I didn't get. When I asked the manager about it, he claimed I wasn't in the sip club and started getting loud while pointing at his screen. I just wanted a refund for the soda I ordered as water, which he eventually gave me. If this job isn't making you happy, maybe it's time to find something that does.

Ordered the Toasted Caprese Focaccia and it had zero mozzarella on it, plus the dressing was awful and basically inedible. A worker recommended the cheddar broccoli soup but brought out creamy tomato instead, which I wasn't into. The location looks nice enough, but seriously hoping the team gets orders right next time and shows more warmth to customers.

Been ordering through DoorDash regularly and everything always comes exactly as requested. I always get tomatoes on my sandwich and they never miss it. My local location is reliable whether I'm picking up in person or having it delivered. When I eat there, the dining areas are spotless and ready for customers, plus the team is super welcoming.

Went to pick up my to go order and was treated terribly. I noticed a delivery driver looking confused by the order pickup area and tried to help him by suggesting an order on the shelf might be his. A manager immediately told me to mind my own business. I explained I was waiting for my food and just wanted to help, but she told me to back away in a really harsh tone. When I said I was standing in the waiting area for my order, she grabbed my bag, threw it down, and said here's your food now go. I told her I'd dealt with her rudeness three times before and that I'd even talked to former employees who quit because of her. I've been a member here for twenty years and have never been treated this badly. This is completely unacceptable and I won't tolerate it.

Picked up a to go order and had an absolutely awful experience. I was standing in the waiting area trying to help a delivery driver locate his order when a manager confronted me and told me to mind my business. I explained I was just waiting for my food and trying to be helpful. Instead of understanding, she was rude, grabbed my bag, threw it on the counter, and told me to leave. I mentioned I'd had bad interactions with her three times before and she's been hostile every single time. I've been a loyal member for two decades and never experienced anything like this at Panera. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and frankly disappointing.

Major props to this location. The place is always clean and organized, and the entire team deserves recognition for being incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone works together seamlessly and creates an awesome atmosphere. Special shout out to Hannah who was super knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Every visit has been fantastic.

Love it here. The food quality is excellent and everyone working there is really nice and always happy to help answer any questions. The portions are solid too. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Panera Bread truly delivers an outstanding experience. The vibe is inviting and peaceful, making it the ideal spot to recharge after a hectic day. Whether you're catching up with close friends or grabbing lunch solo, there's something for everyone. The staff is always cheerful and gets your order out fast. Everything on the menu is worth trying, but the tomato soup in a bread bowl is genuinely amazing. The crispy grilled cheese pairs perfectly with it. The Baja Bowl is another winner, loaded with chickpeas, fresh veggies, avocado, beans, corn, quinoa, and brown rice all coming together in perfect balance. And their Charged Lemonade is a game changer, packed with caffeine that gets you through those crazy days when you go from school straight into sports.

Got amazing help this morning from a staff member. She walked me through all the website pages I needed to get back into the coffee rewards program. She knew exactly where to direct me and was genuinely personable while helping. Really appreciated the support and knowledge.

Over the years I've grabbed lunch here with friends multiple times and it's always been solid. The staff treats you right, they've got plenty of lighter options with veggies, and the atmosphere feels comfortable enough to stick around and hang out. Definitely looking forward to being able to dine in again.
