Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may have expired or reached its usage limit, so verify it is currently active on RetailCoupons.com.
- Typos or incorrect formatting prevent codes from working, so double-check spacing and capitalization.
- Some codes apply only to specific product categories or minimum purchase amounts, so confirm your cart qualifies.
- The code may exclude certain products or sale items, so review the full terms on the offer listing.
- Browser cache or cookies can interfere with code entry, so try clearing your cache or using a private browsing window.
- If the code still does not work, contact Canon customer service directly for verification and assistance.

Canon Reviews
Canon's official US store receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 1.5 out of 5 stars from 11 shoppers. The primary complaints center on ordering and customer service failures: shoppers report unexplained order cancellations without notification, a dysfunctional website and purchasing process, and customer service representatives who are difficult to understand and unhelpful. Shipping issues also appear in reviews, including products being returned to sender. A small number of satisfied customers praise Canon's products themselves and note the absence of mandatory subscription requirements compared to competitors, but these positive experiences relate to the products rather than the buying experience.
The stark disparity between product quality and the purchase experience suggests Canon's core imaging equipment is reliable, but the company's direct-to-consumer sales channel and support infrastructure are a significant pain point. For professionals and casual users alike, the risk of unexplained cancellations and unresponsive customer service appears to outweigh any benefits of buying directly from the manufacturer.
Update from earlier this year: I switched to Canon for my printer at my current job, and they've got nothing like the spyware built into HP products, which honestly a bunch of people are upset about. Canon lets you do things the old-fashioned way. No mandatory subscriptions unless you want one, and I don't. I buy my own ink and paper, and I'm loving it. Support is available whenever I need it. I'm never going back to HP.
Their customer service rep was really hard to understand. I politely asked him to repeat himself several times, and then he just hung up on me.
My order got cancelled out of nowhere with zero heads up, and it totally derailed a professional shoot I had lined up. Losing that paid gig because Canon pulled the plug without explanation is just not okay. Professionals need reliable vendors they can count on, and this kind of surprise cancellation destroys that trust. I've already taken this up with their management and filed a complaint with the BBB. I can't recommend Canon to anyone in my industry unless they get their act together and fix this problem.
Ordering straight from Canon was hands down my worst shopping experience ever. The gear itself is solid, but their website and whole ordering process is a complete mess that barely functions. I tried purchasing on a Wednesday and got a cancellation email Thursday morning with zero explanation. Customer service said this happens sometimes, so I tried again after tweaking my info and got cancelled again. Had to call a sales rep on the phone to finally get anywhere. They shipped it but made delivery signature mandatory, which didn't work since I'm at the office during the day. When I asked about changing the address or picking it up at FedEx or rescheduling, they refused. Ended up calling Canon customer service a fifth time that same week, and they just said they'd request a pickup option and I should get an email soon. The whole thing was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I haven't heard anything good about their system either.
Ordered from the Amazon Canon shop and they got my printer delivered just fine. But the photo paper sent to the same address? That got shipped back to the seller. Pretty frustrating since the printer didn't even come with any paper in the box.
Own a Canon PowerShot SX740. The software is broken and their support team is completely unhelpful.
Got a Pixma 922 printer and found out there's literally no way to get it working with Windows 11. The printer acts like it's doing everything right but won't actually put ink on the paper. I've tried every single step they recommend and still nothing prints. They offered a 10% discount to upgrade, but I've already spent way more on ink cartridges than that. The discount needs to be way bigger because I feel like I got ripped off.
Grabbed the ts3620 software and spent forever trying to get the wifi going. Nothing worked, and the usb connection was just as bad. Blew fifty bucks on a printer that turned out to be totally useless, even though Canon made it sound super simple to set up.
I've had two Canon Pro-1000 printers and the first one had the print head fail out of nowhere. Sure, you can swap it out, but it's six hundred bucks. And there's no way to get a refund. A friend gave me a second one since these things cost over a grand, and now the maintenance cartridge door lever snapped off so this one won't work either. Canon shows the part online but you can't actually buy it. There's nowhere to get professional service on such an expensive machine. I'm completely done with Canon.
Had a professional photo assignment covering conflict in a war zone. I brought ten batteries of various makes and models. Half of them failed. Which ones? Only Canon, and every single Canon battery died. Not touching Canon batteries again. Period.
I have an ImageClass MF743CDW laser printer. Canon locked the firmware so that when you need to clean the back side stains, it only lets you do it with their own cartridges that cost four times what aftermarket ones go for. If you don't use Canon cartridges, the machine won't print and they'll void the warranty. Aftermarket cartridges can't have the chips to measure ink levels. Canon shouldn't force people to buy their cartridges just to run a cleaning cycle. They need to update the firmware and remove this restriction.
