Ordered from their website and the delivery took forever. They said three days but it took three weeks, and I got absolutely no updates during that time or responses from customer service. For a while I honestly thought the whole thing was a scam. Then when my order finally arrived, one item wasn't what I wanted. I tried reaching out about returning it three times over two weeks and still haven't heard back.

Really disappointed with both the product quality and how their support team handled my concerns. The customer service reps were dismissive and unhelpful when I reached out. The bigger issue is that the film needs to stay refrigerated, but this critical info is practically hidden. The expiration date is so faintly marked you can barely read it, and storage instructions are tucked inside the packaging where you'd never find them unless you completely tear everything open. When I complained about this, they just blamed me for not knowing better.

Once my order was confirmed, it just disappeared into thin air. No shipping updates, no tracking information, and I couldn't get customer service to reply to any of my emails. It felt like paying money just for the stress of not knowing where my items were. Still waiting to see if I'll ever get that refund. Don't order directly from their website if you want any peace of mind.

I got a Polaroid Go as a Christmas gift and was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, the photos it takes are just not good quality. I really wanted to love this camera, but I had to send it back. Now I'm still waiting for my money back for the camera, case, and strap.

Been waiting weeks for my order to show up. The tracking says it was supposed to arrive before the holidays. The status shows 'shipped' but it never actually made it to the delivery service. Got a Polaroid Lab and it's pretty average overall. The image quality is mediocre at best since the Lab struggles with images that have a lot of contrast and tend to make everything look darker than it should be. This specific look might appeal to some people but probably won't work for everyone. Their support was kind of slow to respond at first, but once I sent some sample photos for them to review, I got some actual helpful feedback.

Terrible product, the photos are pretty much invisible when they come out. Skip the larger models and keep in mind they won't let you return anything free of charge so think twice before ordering from this site.

The customer service experience was absolutely shocking. When I complained that my photos were coming out way too dark, their response was that they got damaged by X-rays during international travel. I explained that plenty of my photos weren't even taken abroad and the home photos were dark too. I provided tons of examples showing the exact same issue happened consistently. All they did was spam me with FAQ links about travel and X-ray problems. I ordered more film and sent additional photos proving the quality issue was real, including pictures of the unpackaged product, the room lighting, and comparisons taken on my tablet to show how bad the prints looked. They transferred me to another support person who completely disregarded all the evidence I'd provided and sent me yet another round of X-ray damage FAQs. Every time I asked for a phone contact, they ignored me. No question about it, this is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced.

A different agent took over, completely ignored everything I'd sent, and just replied with more X-ray links. I've asked repeatedly for a phone number to talk to someone, but they keep ignoring me. This is honestly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Their cameras don't seem to come with proper owner's manuals.

My new Polaroid Now+ camera is basically broken. It randomly won't turn on, won't work with the i-type film it's supposed to be compatible with, and the iPhone app connection doesn't function at all, even after testing multiple phones. I contacted support and they sent back the same generic reset instructions one time, which I'd already tried numerous times. Despite sending detailed videos showing the problems, they stopped responding completely. No refund, no replacement, no actual help.
