Do not buy from this place. They sent me a damaged product. After I sent pictures as proof, they acknowledged the damage and sent a replacement that was somehow even worse. The support team member kept insisting there was nothing wrong with the replacement sleeve. Both items had sharp edges at the entrance that actually cut me and caused bleeding. When I complained about how the support person handled it, they reassigned the ticket to themselves and closed it without fixing anything. The customer service here is absolutely terrible and they don't care that their products are causing physical harm. Stay away.

I asked what got refunded since there were multiple items, but got no response. I sent another email asking for clarification on what was happening with my order and what exactly was refunded. Instead of answering, they just refunded the entire order without any explanation or attempt to contact me. I lost fifty bucks due to currency conversion fees because of how incompetent they were.
