Got a spa voucher but found it basically impossible to actually use. Kept trying to book and they said no availability every single time. When I complained, support eventually gave me store credit but flat out refused to give me real money back.

This is absolutely a scam. While traveling in New York, we wanted to book a city tour and found what seemed like a perfect deal. We paid for it and waited and waited for the confirmation email with the reference number. It never came. Support kept telling us they'd get it to us or put it in our account, but it never happened. When I demanded either the confirmation details or a refund, they said they could only credit our account with store points that expire in half a year. I had to spend nearly an hour fighting with them and ultimately threaten a credit card dispute just to get an actual refund processed. How is this legal? They're selling things they can't actually provide and then pushing worthless credits on frustrated customers. This whole operation is a con.

Complete rip-off operation. We were visiting New York and found what looked like an amazing deal for a city tour on here. Purchased it right away and then sat waiting for the confirmation email with our redemption code. Nothing arrived. I reached out to customer support multiple times, and they kept promising to send it or add it to our account. Still nothing showed up. When I finally demanded either the actual redemption code or my money back, they told me they could only give me credit toward future purchases. Turns out this credit expires after 6 months if you don't use it. Only after spending almost an hour going back and forth and threatening a chargeback with my card company did they actually put the refund through. This is straight up fraud - they advertise deals they can't deliver on, then try to force you into accepting worthless store credit instead. Total scam operation.

They're reliable and helpful too, sending you notifications about vouchers you haven't used yet, which is really nice when life gets hectic.
