This place used to be solid, but now it's falling apart. If you actually need what you ordered, good luck. Their packages take the weirdest routes and show up days behind schedule. Better off finding another supplier. My order bounced around to multiple states before arriving late and wrong. Now they're charging me for return shipping both ways to swap it out for what I should've gotten in the first place. Their return and exchange setup is designed to make money off mistakes, not fix them. Honestly wouldn't waste your time here.

My experience was completely different from what I've been reading. Got a device that came in with some damage, so I called them up. They actually worked with the maker to see if it could be fixed, and when that didn't work out, they sent me a replacement with the working parts transferred over. The whole thing went smooth and easy. Kim who handles customer service was super responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Bought a battery that didn't work the way it should have. Called support and they said returns were no problem, even sent me a return authorization and a free shipping label. Then I got an email saying I had to pay for shipping both directions plus a 15 percent restocking charge. Won't be going back to them.

Battery Junction won't back their products. Two CR123A Titanium Innovations batteries leaked on me within eight months and ruined my camera. Sent photos and they wouldn't even call me back. Had to call them myself. The packaging says 10 year shelf life, but the warranty is only one year. Doesn't add up.

Had bought from them before without major issues, but when a flashlight I purchased from them stopped working, things got messy. Called and talked to a customer service person named Sam. Described the problem and she told me to ship it back under warranty. When I asked about shipping costs, she said I'd pay to send it in but they'd cover the return. Sent it in as instructed with all the details. Then I got a message saying I owed the return shipping. Called back and got a different rep who insisted everyone there knew they don't pay for return shipping. Asked if they could throw my fixed unit in with a new flashlight order I was thinking about, and she got snippy and said they don't do combined shipments. The return cost won't break me, but the whole situation was poorly handled.

Purchased 6 batteries in mid-February and received them five days later. By the end of March, they were already failing and only holding about a quarter of their original charge. I contacted them asking for a replacement or my money back, but they shot me down saying anything past 15 days is out of warranty. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The website doesn't tell you whether items are actually in stock. You place your order and then find out you're waiting a month or longer. Was trying to avoid Amazon and the problem with used or fake items, but this place isn't turning out to be a good alternative either.

Saw a post from someone who really knows batteries and builds packs professionally, even has videos out there. He ordered Samsung batteries and got fakes. That's a major red flag. Not interested in working with them.
