Got their special box of the month for 50 bucks. Entered my correct address and their system changed it without asking me. I messaged them several times trying to let them know about the address issue. They kept saying it was delivered and there's nothing they can do about it. Forget this place, you're not getting my money again.

They said 4 days delivery and here I am 3 weeks later still waiting. Might as well film my next vlog series standing at my mailbox wondering where this thing is.

My package got stuck waiting for acceptance 6 days after they promised it would arrive on the 13th. Their support team isn't actually helpful at all.

These are genuinely awesome, down to earth people. Really cool selection and the artwork is seriously captivating. You might find yourself scrolling for hours trying to pick what to order lol. Had a great shopping experience and I'll definitely be coming back.

Scam. Don't spend your money here. Over 400 spent and zero response or communication from anyone. They don't care about customers at all.

My order arrived completely shattered over a month ago. I've sent them tons of emails and reached out multiple times on social media about it for weeks now and haven't gotten a single response. They've seen my messages but just ignore them. Update: They claimed on here that they sent us an email about the order. They absolutely did not send anything.

Update: Peter L. came through big time. He got back to me within hours and actually fixed the problem without making it harder on me. Upgraded my rating because of his help. Originally though, their website promised delivery by a certain date that was way off. Then I didn't even get what I ordered in the first place. So I'm waiting longer than promised AND the wrong item shows up. It was only a 2 star situation until Peter emailed while I was writing this review saying he'd make it right. Want 5 stars? Get it right the first time. If you can't, start figuring out why these mistakes keep happening.

Placed my order in May and it still hadn't shipped. I get that delivery delays happen with carriers, but the box never even left their warehouse. Found this company through a YouTuber and their box looked incredible, but naturally they get theirs right when they drop. I understand influencers need early access but some of us want to actually get what we paid for too. Fingers crossed they look into this. Good news though: they offered a replacement which arrived within a week. Not the box I originally wanted but at least it came quickly.

Total scam. Ordered their premium rabbit box and got told 3 weeks maximum. A month and a half later and still nothing. I ordered the second it went live too. Worse part is the tracking just vanished. Their support is basically nonexistent, just keeps saying they were slammed with orders and it'll ship soon. I'm calling my bank to dispute this.

When a company can flip something negative into something positive like that, how could anyone be upset? I'm definitely going to keep ordering from these guys.

These people are straight up scamming customers. They're lying about shipping items and keeping the money. This is ridiculous.
