Artifact Uprising US Shipping Policy
All production takes place on business days, excluding weekends and US national holidays.
They offer four distinct delivery speed tiers, with the estimated arrival for each product found on its respective product page:

1. Can I make changes to my order?
It depends on what you want to change. You are able to change the shipping address and/or shipping method of an order before it has shipped. Design changes are not possible once the order is placed; you must cancel and place a new order entirely.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but you have an extremely limited time to modify or cancel your custom order. You can self-cancel an order through your account history within 1 hour of receiving your confirmation email. After this window, the order immediately enters production, and cancellation is only possible with a 50% penalty deduction from your refund.
3. I have received items that are defective or damaged. How can I return them?
Artifact Uprising does not operate a traditional physical return center for products to be shipped back to, particularly for their custom-designed items.
They require you to send an email to [email protected] that includes your order number and a photo of the defect or shipping damage to expedite a resolution.
4. Does Artifact Uprising offer a price adjustment if I forgot to apply a valid promo code at checkout?
Yes, if you forgot to enter an eligible promo code, the Artifact Uprising Customer Experience team can assist. Contact them immediately, provide your order number, and the valid code you intended to use. As long as the code was active and applied to the items in your cart, the team can process a refund for the discount amount back to your original payment method.
