We've been customers for quite a while but the clothing quality has really gone downhill. I had some store credit laying around so I grabbed a faux leather skater dress. My daughter was so excited about it that she wore it without even washing it first. Needless to say, it got runs everywhere out of nowhere, and those runs turned into actual holes up at the top. I reached out to KidPik and they answered quickly, asking for photos. I sent them over and then waited. And waited. And waited some more. Over the next several days I tried calling multiple times but kept getting disconnected. I also sent tons of emails with zero replies. Now I'm stuck waiting for PayPal to refund me since KidPik refuses to respond. Just don't bother with them.

I don't usually post negative reviews, but I feel this one is necessary. The clothing quality is pretty mediocre. What we bought faded dramatically after just one wash, so quality-wise it's terrible. As for customer service, I'd give it a negative rating if I could. I tried canceling once and they kept shipping boxes anyway. I'm attempting to cancel again right now. The cancellation process is hidden away and took forever to locate. Once I finally found it and selected the boxes to cancel, I got instructions to call their toll-free number and guess what - nobody picked up. Just a recording saying they were too swamped. Won't be going back.

Really impressed with this! The quality blows what you get at major retailers out of the water. Most pieces work together nicely. All the terms are laid out clearly if you take the time to read them. It's their own brand, not name brands, which the description makes obvious. The shoes aren't my favorite - they remind me of ones from the children's place. For girls I'd stick with the flats, but I usually go with name-brand sneakers for boys because they hold up better. The return process can be annoying though, especially if you need a different size and that one doesn't fit either. Also worth noting that if your child is on the heavier side, it might not be the best fit since these aren't designed for husky sizes - learned that with my older son. My 4-year-old had a great experience though! You can easily cancel or send your box back. Just know they make it complicated if you want to keep partial boxes, so I'd recommend going with the smallest plan. I'd love to see them add husky options.

The items I got didn't match my profile at all and weren't the quality or style I was looking for. With my most recent box, I wanted to keep some things but return others that didn't fit what I'd described in my preferences. They wanted to charge me more money just to return items if I wanted to keep the full box, so I contacted them about it. All they sent back were the terms and conditions. I immediately cancelled my subscription after that. I've never experienced such unhelpful customer service.

What I wish I'd done is photograph everything before trying it on - so I'm passing that tip along. They claimed the shoes were worn and wanted me to pay. Their pictures of the shoes looked dirtier than mine taken right before packing them up. Even though I sent them my evidence, they didn't budge. They never give you a heads up that items won't be accepted before shipping them back to you - just an email saying they never got those items. I asked for pictures of the shoes as they arrived since I returned them untouched, but still haven't gotten a response. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and encourage others to do the same.

My kids are absolutely obsessed with getting their kidpik boxes! It's such a convenient way to shop for several kids at once. No more stress about hauling them all to the store, and the styles are adorable!

Really frustrated by what feels like misleading advertising. They say 7 items at $14 each with 50% off for your first box, plus an extra 30% off if you keep it. That's not what happened! I ended up getting charged $82, which seems like a total scam. Won't be using them again.

If negative reviews were possible, I'd give them one! My package got delivered to the wrong address even though my account info is correct. I spent over a week trying to sort it out and the company won't file a claim with the carrier - they say only they can do it. I've called every single day multiple times and not once has anyone answered - I just get cut off. Their email responses haven't been helpful and they kept telling me to file a police report, which is ridiculous because the police said there's nothing to report for an undelivered package. I have video footage showing the carrier never actually came to my house at the time they claimed delivery. Finally got through to the carrier who confirmed it went to a business address instead of mine, but said the company has to handle it. Yet the company refuses to assist or file any claim. This place is awful and I'd stay clear.

This is a review I don't normally write, but I felt compelled since the ratings here weren't great and I was definitely nervous after ordering. Our box got here within two weeks. The clothes were absolutely adorable, everything came neatly packaged in the right sizes, and the quality looked really solid, especially the denim. All the pieces went together perfectly and my daughter was thrilled! We got two sparkly tees, a nice jean jacket, denim pants, a cute ruffled skirt, hair clips, and boots. Paid 79 dollars for the whole thing, which is a pretty good deal. Definitely ordering more!

This has been fantastic - she's thrilled with absolutely everything in her box. The only thing is that since it's winter right now, some of the outfits aren't appropriate to wear outdoors yet, so she'll have to wait until warmer weather.
