This experience has been really disappointing. First, I was overcharged $18 because they didn't honor the promotion I registered for. Next, I reached out to support offering to provide proof with screenshots, but they declined and just suggested I cancel without any refund. When I asked them to cancel right away, they didn't actually do it, and I got hit with another $18 charge. After that, I sent them two separate emails requesting cancellation and a $36 refund to my card, and I haven't heard anything back at all. I'm exhausted watching subscription companies, especially in the audiobook space, bamboozle and exploit their customers. I've disputed the charges with my credit card issuer and filed reports with the FTC, my state's attorney general's consumer protection office, and the Better Business Bureau.

The application runs smoothly overall. You get access to a solid collection of audiobooks with tons of different genres. Plus the customer service team here is fantastic - they get back to you quickly and go the extra mile to help. Seriously, I cannot emphasize how good they are.

I'm a fan of this service! The prices are usually better than what I find at other audiobook sites, and I really appreciate the handy home screen widget that lets me jump back in right where I stopped.

Love this! When you pause a story, it picks right back up where you left off. I get to enjoy my favorite books, particularly the J.D. Robb series. Really enjoying it.
