FedEx failed to deliver for four straight days even though we were home waiting. I've tried reaching out to Blurb's support multiple times with no reply. The actual books are solid, but FedEx is completely unreliable. Their tracking doesn't give you real information and they won't even call if they can't find the address. Really frustrating overall.

I've been a Blurb customer for over a decade, but I finally switched to another company because their platform is really outdated. I dealt with constant software crashes, lost work, and wasted time. When I tried getting help, I got passed around to four different support people and none of them could actually help. For how much their books cost now, it's not worth the headache. Since switching to a different service, I'm shocked at how much time and money I could've saved.

Tried to get a magazine printed and every proof came back with problems - creases throughout the pages, matte cover finish peeling off, color issues. I'm a designer and photographer so I know what I'm doing with color. I used their ICC profile too. But their support team keeps asking for more images even though my originals were fine - you can clearly see the green cast problem. They won't accept my original files and keep demanding different versions.

The best experience. Made a goodbye book for someone leaving and it looks incredible. He was so happy with it. It made the whole occasion even more meaningful. Really grateful for what you guys do.

For the first time ever with Blurb, my book arrived with binding problems - the back section started falling apart as soon as I opened it. I contacted them and they responded right away, sending a replacement copy without any hassle. I've been making vacation photobooks with Blurb for years and I'm really impressed with how they handled this.

Super straightforward to design, publish, and share your work. One thing that would help - if you find an error and upload a corrected version, it should replace the original instead of keeping both files. Or at least let me choose. The platform makes it so easy to actually publish something when it used to seem impossible.

Blurb itself is fantastic. My only real complaint is with the shipping carriers they use like DHL and FedEx - they're not reliable. Packages take forever to arrive and get stuck in customs for weeks. I'd suggest Blurb switch to the Postal Service or find a different carrier to work with.

My books showed up faster than I expected and were packaged really well. Had a great experience with this company overall.

Ordered a reprint of the Bill Ray Hells Angels of San Berdoo photo collection in printed cover format and I'm thrilled. The print quality is outstanding and the photography itself is incredible. It's awesome to be able to get a copy of this out-of-print book for a decent price.

The last couple books I ordered look noticeably better - the print quality is lighter and clearer, especially with all the photos I use. The colors don't look as dark and heavy anymore. I'd prefer to always get the premium quality option, but it doubles the price. The good news is that even the standard quality has improved a lot recently.
