Got four dining chairs and two counter stools in the Haiku style, and they showed up super fast in three really solid cardboard boxes that were packed really well. Right away I could tell these aren't cheap chairs - they feel heavy and substantial. The cushions look amazing, with nice fabric on the dining chairs and leather on the stools. Putting everything together was no problem at all, just 16 bolts per chair plus a couple extra screws for the stools. All the pieces lined up perfectly without any issues. This is honestly some of the best pre-assembled furniture I've ever seen.
