After I ordered from them, they emailed saying my prescription was old when it wasn't. I explained that but they still had issues with my prescription docs not having the doctor's signature on it. Then they brought up something from a year ago when I had trouble getting an NPI number that my insurance needed. It feels like they don't want to help customers with normal problems. I've bought from them before and thought I'd give them another shot, but this experience makes me regret that.

Skip the CADDIS frames. My pair started falling apart and when I asked about a replacement or repair, they refused to help with either. Their customer service is terrible and there are better places to spend your money.

The tricky part about buying glasses online is you can't really know if they'll fit your face until you have them. These looked good on the website but didn't work for me at all. I was ready to try different frames instead, but when I looked at other options they either weren't available in the magnification I needed or the color I wanted. So I ended up donating to Caddis through their restocking fee while also paying to ship them back. That's just bad business.

Total scammer. I've never even visited this website or made any purchase, but they got my email and now I'm getting spammed and scammed by them. Stay away from these people.

I need to send back reading glasses that don't fit right even though the site says they fit large to extra large. I paid $114.55 for them after a discount from the original $145 price. When I got the return label, I found out I have to pay shipping to send them back AND I only get $68.49 in credit. The math doesn't add up and it's honestly ridiculous. The glasses have never been worn so why wouldn't I get back the full amount I paid plus tax? Most high end retailers offer free shipping and free returns, but Caddis charges you premium prices while treating returns like a discount store. I've bought eight pairs of readers in the last two years and I'm done with them completely.

I ordered two pairs of progressive readers with blue light filtering and they came looking nice and feeling comfortable, but that's really it. I've worn drugstore progressives from Foster Grant for years without issues, but these Caddis ones have a sharp jump between lens strengths that made me dizzy wearing them. The middle section for computer work wasn't strong enough even though it matches my other glasses prescription. Plus the blue light filter creates a weird ghost image above the screen that won't go away no matter how I position them. They're basically unwearable for me.

When I asked about returning them, I was told it was final sale and they wouldn't take them back even though I didn't see that policy when I ordered. Now I'm throwing away a pair of expensive glasses. There are plenty of other hip frame companies out there that have better policies and they're popping up in my Instagram feed constantly.

I'm over this company. They sent me the wrong item and defective glasses three different times and somehow can't get my order straight. They should be checking things before they ship them out. This has wasted so much of my time.
