I got an email near the end of October from a VP at Circuit of The Americas saying my refund was approved. After my initial BBB complaint, their Consumer Support Team called me on the 18th and left a voicemail asking me to call back so they could verify my address to send the check. When I called back and confirmed the address, I was confused since it was already on file from when I placed the order in the first place. Then I got another email from the same VP apologizing for the delay and saying the refund was being processed and I should see it in my account within 7-10 business days. I haven't seen anything yet. It's been months of back and forth with promises and no actual refund showing up. The whole situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing given how long this has dragged on.
