Getting a customer service person on the phone is nearly impossible, which is a major problem. I had to call twice to get the warranty refund when it was supposed to arrive. When it finally showed up, it turned out to be store credit that expired in less than 30 days, and buried in the small print it said I could only use it in the store, not online. This is a sketchy policy and honestly shady business practice. I was warned to stay away from this company, but they had the exact piece I needed. Really let down by how they operate these days.

UPDATE: A representative named Lattanna processed my refund. Really grateful for that. I ordered a round dining set with chairs on July 30th. When it arrived on September 22nd, the chairs had stains all over them even though they were supposed to be new, and the tabletop had several defects. Customer service set up a replacement for me. On September 29th when they tried delivering the replacement, they showed up with five stained chairs again but no tabletop because apparently it was damaged too. I refused the delivery and called back asking for my money back. They told me they don't do refunds. It's wrong to keep sending people damaged items or trying to get them to accept discounts on furniture they don't want. If someone's not happy and wants out, just give them their money back. That's how decent businesses handle things. I'd look elsewhere for furniture shopping.
