Comfrt Refund Policy
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request through their Loop Returns portal. All returned items must be in new condition without any signs of wear, stains, or damage.
All returns for purchased products are eligible for store credit only, which is issued within one week of the return being received at the warehouse. The only exception is for pre-orders, which are eligible for a refund to the original payment method if canceled within 7 days of the purchase date.
If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 5 days of delivery with images of the damage and the SKU on the packaging. Comfrt will then replace the item with the same size and color.
