Had an EXCELLENT experience from beginning to end! Shipping was fast, there were some amazing clearance prices, and finding what I needed was simple. Will definitely shop with them again for sure!

After three weeks with no package, I asked them for a refund or replacement. They said no. Then suggested I call the post office myself about it, like I somehow ordered from USPS instead of Al's. Told them I wasn't about to spend my time on hold with a government office when they have my money and should step up. No response, no replacement, no refund yet. Looks like a scam to me.

Waited over three weeks without getting my order so I reached out asking for help, a replacement, or my money back. They refused to do any of those things. Instead they told me to contact the postal service directly about the problem, as if I'd bought something from them and not from Al's. I explained I wasn't going to spend hours calling a government agency when they're the ones holding my payment. Still waiting for a response, replacement, or refund. This feels like a dishonest operation to me.

Great experience with Al's customer service team. I bought a sleeping bag at a discount and they were really responsive both when shipping and when I had questions to ask them. Had an issue where FedEx returned my order since I wasn't there to grab it, but Al's handled the resend super smoothly using postal service. Absolutely coming back to order more.
