Cotopaxi Return Policy

If there’s a problem with your gear, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of purchase, including both new and pre-loved products from Cotopaxi Más Vida. 

To receive a refund, make sure items are unwashed, in excellent condition and have tags attached. A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. 

Purchases made on cotopaxi.com can be returned for free to a Cotopaxi retail store. Más Vida products must be processed online. 

Keep in mind: 

  • International and U.S. territory purchases are final sales.

  • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchanges.

  • Event Tickets are non-refundable.
