Really frustrated with how they handle things. We tried to swap a shoe size and the website doesn't even have an exchange option, which seems crazy for a company this size. Getting someone on the phone was nearly impossible, and when we finally did connect, they suggested reordering but the sale had already ended. They said we could pay full price and they'd discount it to match, except they messed that up and charged us fifty dollars too much. Calling back repeatedly hasn't helped because nobody picks up. The company also flagged our first order attempt as fraud because of their faulty security system, which created another whole problem we had to straighten out. This is my first review like this and I just wanted to warn people.

Ordered a shoe care kit and got sent the wrong shade, but instead of fixing their mistake they're making me jump through hoops. They want me to print a return label myself and haul it to the carrier. I finally did all that and am waiting for my refund, but why should I be the one dealing with shipping back their error? Worst service. I'm done shopping with them.

The laces were over five bucks each. What makes them special though? I have no idea. The delivery service has been trouble for me before, losing packages at random houses in other neighborhoods. I ordered on the sixteenth and by the twenty-ninth still nothing. Support claimed they're lost. They're literally just shoe laces. Why not throw them in an envelope with proper postage instead of all this hassle. Meanwhile my email gets bombarded with their ads trying to sell me shoes I'm not interested in. I'm sticking with another American brand that actually delivers properly. To their credit they did refund the purchase and said I'd see the money back in seven to ten days. Guess that's why Amazon is beating everybody. Actually had the shoes show up at my mailbox on the following Monday, so that's something.

He spent a lot of time on his phone rather than helping me browse or answer my questions. While he wasn't rude, he didn't show much enthusiasm about the products or making a sale. I only bought something because I specifically needed that shoe style. For a brand of this caliber, I'd expect the service to match the product quality. Also noticed the store had some cleanliness issues when we first arrived. I'm not trying to be harsh about the employee, but good customer service matters.

I expected the worst based on all the negative comments, but my actual experience was completely different. Over a few months I picked up six pairs and they're all top quality. When one pair didn't fit right, I returned it and got my credit back really quickly. Will definitely shop with them again.

I see tons of negative reviews online but honestly my experience has been totally different. I've ordered six pairs over the last several months and every single one is excellent quality. When I had to return one pair because the sizing wasn't right, I got my refund credited super fast. I'm definitely coming back to buy more.
