Crate & Barrel Return Policy

Sometimes you may receive an item that does not meet your expectations. Crate & Barrel understands this and is always ready to help resolve the problem. The brand is committed to product quality and wants every customer to enjoy a good shopping experience.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible items that are new, unused, and in resalable condition. 

This must be done within 30 days of receipt and requires a valid proof of purchase. 

Please note that shipping fees are not refunded, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you purchased from a Gift Registry, you have up to 90 days from the event date to return eligible items, except for furniture. Some exclusions apply. 

Personalized items, custom or made-to-order furniture, final sale items, store floor samples, live plants, fabric sold by the yard, and items that show wear and tear cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. Shipping charges are also nonrefundable.
