Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible items that are new, unused, and in resalable condition. 

This must be done within 30 days of receipt and requires a valid proof of purchase.

If you purchased from a Gift Registry, you have up to 90 days from the event date to return eligible items, except for furniture. Some exclusions apply.

Happy with PHONE customer service.

After receiving a delivery that was supposed to be gift wrapped ( their gift box and simple ribbon ) is really a nice look .... I chatted online and got nowhere with the replacement and return. I ended up calling the C.S. on the phone and Jasmine in customer service fixed the whole problem with a great attitude and smile. I was very impressed.

I left a review a few days ago about my item not being assembled upon delivery and I want to add although I was very disappointed but Hiro from the crate and barrel warehouse was great to follow up with me and arranged time for assembly which took place yesterday so very happy about that ! I would still give the whole experience 3 stars but man the piece of furniture I got is so beautiful I can’t stop looking at it and the 5 stars is for the Evie bookshel! Absolutely gorgeous! I did not see the shelf in the store and blind bought it but I am beyond happy with it !

Wonderful company!

Update:After contacting C&B customer service, I'm happy to report that they really stepped-up and sorted out my order to my complete satisfaction.Well done to the C&B team.-------------------------------------------------------------As others have suggested...C&B employs deceptive marketing practices. They're quick to take your money, then delay order fulfillment.I ordered $900 worth of cookware back in November to prepare for the Christmas holidays. What was promised for 2-Dec delivery, has now been pushed to the 15th.Looks like C&B will destroy my holiday preparations.

I have no problem with the company or…

I have no problem with the company or its service, BUT. That’s the 5 stars. The problem—which would be 2 stars, is the product. In brief, the Wells 84” leather couch is beautiful—and terribly uncomfortable. You can’t tell that from a store visit. It bottoms out and you just can’t continue to sit there. I move to a love seat. I weigh less than 150. I wouldn’t buy again. Definitely not for you if you’re a larger person.

A Great place for Quality and Service!

For a home accessories and furnishings store, Crate and Barrel really is a fun place to shop and explore. This is a full service retailer that tries very hard a making customers expectations a reality. I especially appreciate the sales they offer throughout the year.I had one issue in my 6 years of shopping there, and it was resolved quickly. The sales people are helpful and knowledgeable and really seem to enjoy working there. They are a little pricey at times, but the quality and service in my opinion is worth a few more dollars.

They go above and beyond

We had a delivery of five items but only four boxes. The delivery driver convinced me that two of the items were in one of the boxes, so I signed the delivery receipt. When we opened the boxes the fifth item was missing. I called the freight company, and they said that I had signed the delivery receipt there was nothing that they could do. When I contacted Crate and Barrel, they called the freight company and had them do a warehouse search. The item was found! But the amazing thing is that they were willing to replace it even if it wasn't found and it was a $2,000 piece of furniture.

I LOVE C&B!

I'm quite surprised at the reviews I am seeing on this site. I haven't ordered furniture from C&B in a few years but I do order a lot of decor online as unfortunately I no longer live near a store. I have never had any issues with their products, delivery or service. My furniture has held up very well, the quality of their merchandise is terrific and I especially love that it's not like everything else you see out there.
