I bought some over-the-counter vitamins through my Medicare provider and after almost two weeks, UPS hadn't even picked up the package. Their support team wouldn't let me file a claim until after the 14 day mark. That's not acceptable. With my old provider through Amazon, packages arrived in just three to four days. Won't be recommending CVS.

Gift cards need to work immediately without issues. I'd suggest skipping CVS gift cards entirely.

The phone system connects you with AI and it stinks. It'll ask you a question, you answer, then it asks you the same kind of question again and again. I know what I'm looking for but this bot can't handle it and keeps blocking me from reaching a real pharmacist. Inside the store, everything's locked behind protective barriers which fine, I understand, but there's no actual employee around to give you a hand when you track down the item you want.

When you call, you get stuck with their AI system and it's terrible. It keeps asking the same questions over and over even after you give answers. I know exactly what I need but the AI can't help and won't connect me to an actual pharmacist. Then you go in the store and everything's locked up behind glass. I get it, I've seen people just walk out with stuff. But here's the thing, there's nobody on the floor to help you when you actually find what you're hunting for.

You literally cannot get these people on the phone. They tell you someone will ring you back within an hour and they don't. Doesn't even happen that same day. After sitting around for twenty minutes to grab my prescriptions that they've been texting to remind me about non stop, and threatening to put away, guess what, they already put one away. So now I'm stuck waiting in another line for ten to twenty minutes to reorder a prescription that was done weeks ago and they should've saved for me. I don't get this. As people in healthcare, do you really think I magically don't need that medicine anymore just because I couldn't pick it up on your timeline? This makes no sense. I'm definitely not sending anyone your way.

The cashier Ray was amazing. The app did an update and I got confused about scanning my rewards card on my phone afterward. He really went out of his way to help me sort it all out, and it wasn't quick. He never got frustrated though. I could tell I was getting annoyed, but he stayed positive and happy the entire time helping me fix it. It was honestly wonderful. Definitely five stars, wish I could give him more. Major thanks to Ray.

Had an excellent experience with Ray at checkout. After the app got updated, I wasn't sure how to use my loyalty card on my phone anymore, and he really went the extra mile helping me figure it out. It took a bit, but he never complained or seemed annoyed. I was clearly frustrated, yet he stayed upbeat and cheerful the whole time while he helped. It was genuinely great working with him. Easily deserves 5 stars, honestly wish I could give more. Thanks Ray.

The staff at our Wickenburg location are always great and they understand how important it is that my prescriptions are ready when I need them. Sometimes they're really busy, which is totally fine and I'm cool with it. I'm on a controlled medication so it's sometimes tough getting it refilled early, but these folks always try their best to squeeze me in anyway.

The team at the Wickenburg location has always been really nice to me and they get that I need my medications in a timely manner. Sure, there are moments when they're stretched pretty thin, but honestly, I understand. I'm patient with them when that happens. Since I take a controlled medication, getting it refilled earlier in the morning can be tricky, yet they always try to work me in.

I've gotta say, the Tucson location on East Broadway is run by Manager Susan and her entire team, and honestly, I haven't seen a better-run store since I moved here back in 1980 when I transferred for work. This place is outstanding. Teresa, one of your pharmacy techs, deserves special mention for being so professional, caring, and helpful to me and everyone else. Every single person there has great communication abilities and represents your company really well. You should be proud.

Wanted to give a shout out to all the hardworking folks at our local CVS Pharmacy. Hope everyone's having a great day at the counter and in the back. I really need to highlight one of your pharmacy techs, Teresa, who took my call and was absolutely wonderful. I asked about ordering some prescriptions for home delivery, and she got everything set up for me without any issues. Now I'm extremely happy with how it all went. Teresa was professional, helpful, caring, and really easy to work with. I learned a lot just from talking with her, and honestly, she treats every single customer who comes in with that same excellent attitude. The store manager Susan has built a really solid team there, and Teresa especially is a big part of what makes that location special.
