  • If the total order value is less than minimum order amount.

  • If the coupon is under the same order number. Only one coupon can be used per order. If you buy from multiple stores, separate orders are created. The coupon applies if at least one order meets the coupon’s conditions.

  • You haven’t collected the birthday coupon within 365 days.

2. How can I cancel an unpaid order?

You can cancel an unpaid order directly under the Awaiting Payment section of My Orders page.

  • Go to My Orders and select the Awaiting Payment section.

  • Select the order you want to cancel, click the Cancel Order button.

3. I received my order after getting a refund. What can I do?

If you would like to return the fund, you are suggested to contact the seller to negotiate it (e.g. return the fund to the seller directly, or place a new order in the seller's store).
