2. How can I cancel an unpaid order?
You can cancel an unpaid order directly under the Awaiting Payment section of My Orders page.
- Go to My Orders and select the Awaiting Payment section.
- Select the order you want to cancel, click the Cancel Order button.
3. I received my order after getting a refund. What can I do?
If you would like to return the fund, you are suggested to contact the seller to negotiate it (e.g. return the fund to the seller directly, or place a new order in the seller's store).
